Some General Bidding and Quoting Notes:
1. Fireproofing is usually performed in garages, mechanical rooms, areas getting tiled, boarded again with wood etc.
2. Quotes are for 50 sheets of drywall or more. Projects less than 50 sheets are $55 hourly rate or by contract.
3. Prices from online bids can only be finalized pending site inspection. I'll try to be as accurate as possible.
